The Medford Township Police Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building a safer, stronger, and more connected community. We believe that true public safety starts with trust, compassion, and collaboration between law enforcement and the residents we serve.
As Medford continues to grow and evolve, so do the needs of both our community and the officers who protect it. The Foundation exists to support that growth by providing resources that enhance safety, strengthen relationships, and foster meaningful engagement beyond traditional policing. We work alongside the Medford Township Police Department to ensure they are equipped not only with tools and training, but also with opportunities to connect with residents in ways that build mutual understanding and respect.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide resources and programs that support the Medford Township Police Department while creating opportunities for meaningful connection with our community.

Budgets can be limited, but community care should never be.
As Medford continues to grow, so do the needs of both the police department and the community. The Foundation exists to help meet those needs by supporting programs and resources that may fall outside traditional funding, while prioritizing transparency, accountability, and community involvement.
Our work helps ensure Medford remains a place where people feel safe, supported, and connected to one another.

The Foundation exists to bridge the gap between municipal resources and the evolving needs of a growing town. Through fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement, we support officer training, advanced safety tools and equipment, youth and family education, and meaningful community events. We’re not just funding initiatives, we’re strengthening relationships, building trust, and fostering a shared sense of pride throughout Medford.

Our Story
In 2025, local leaders, police representatives, and passionate community members came together with a vision: to create a foundation that would go beyond policing and strengthen the heart of Medford.
We started small—identifying needs, forming a Board of Trustees, and learning from other agencies. Today, that vision has grown into a thriving organization supporting programs like:
- Operation Santa
- National Night Out
- Cars, Coffee & Cops
- Junior Police Academy
- And More ++++
This is just the beginning.
With continued community support, our impact continues to grow.
